Learning How To Chill Out

I realized that my brother and Isaiah are right.
I freak out easily.. And I need to learn how to just relax and let things happen as they will.
Using tonight as the perfect chance to.
Just take some deep breaths when I get stressed (which is happening a lot here.).
Deep breaths, calm thoughts.

Needs more work. But I'll get there.
